These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Motion Forward LLC (“Motion Forward,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) website and your request for or use of our moving, move-management, packing, unpacking, and related services. By using our website, requesting a quote, scheduling services, or otherwise engaging Motion Forward LLC, you agree to these Terms.

SERVICES

Motion Forward LLC provides moving and related services that may include residential moving, senior move management, packing and unpacking, downsizing assistance, move-in setup, furniture disassembly and reassembly, specialty-item coordination, cleaning coordination, and other services agreed upon with the customer.

Specific services, pricing, dates, and other job-specific terms may be provided in a separate estimate, service agreement, contract, or other written communication. If a signed service agreement contains terms that conflict with these website Terms regarding a particular move, the signed service agreement will govern that move.

QUOTES AND ESTIMATES

Quotes and estimates are based on the information available to Motion Forward LLC at the time they are prepared. Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate information regarding the items being moved, pickup and delivery locations, stairs, elevators, walking distances, access restrictions, specialty items, packing needs, and other circumstances that may affect the move.

Final charges may differ from an initial estimate when the scope of work changes, additional services are requested, additional items are added, access conditions differ from those disclosed, or other circumstances affect the time or resources required to complete the job.

SCHEDULING

Requested dates and times are subject to availability and confirmation by Motion Forward LLC. Customers are responsible for providing accurate addresses, access instructions, contact information, and other information necessary to perform scheduled services.

Arrival and completion times may be affected by traffic, weather, building restrictions, previous jobs, road conditions, mechanical issues, emergencies, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

CANCELLATIONS AND RESCHEDULING

Cancellation, rescheduling, deposit, and refund requirements applicable to a particular move will be communicated during booking or included in the customer’s estimate or service agreement.

Customers should notify Motion Forward LLC as soon as possible when requesting a schedule change. Fees may apply to cancellations or rescheduling when permitted by the applicable service agreement.

PAYMENTS

Customers agree to pay all charges associated with services they authorize. Payment terms, deposits, accepted payment methods, and payment deadlines may be stated in the applicable estimate, invoice, or service agreement.

Payments may be processed through third-party payment processors. Motion Forward LLC may not directly store complete payment-card information when transactions are processed by those providers.

CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES

Customers are responsible for identifying items requiring special handling and informing Motion Forward LLC of conditions that may affect the safe performance of services.

Customers should secure cash, jewelry, important documents, medications, firearms, hazardous materials, irreplaceable personal items, and other valuables before moving services begin unless specific arrangements have been made in writing.

Customers are also responsible for obtaining any necessary building approvals, elevator reservations, parking arrangements, access permissions, or other requirements applicable to their locations unless Motion Forward LLC expressly agrees to handle them.

PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED ITEMS

Motion Forward LLC may decline to transport or handle items that cannot legally or safely be moved, including hazardous, explosive, flammable, illegal, or otherwise unsafe materials.

We may also decline services when conditions create an unreasonable risk to our employees, contractors, customers, property, or the public.

PROPERTY, DAMAGE, AND CLAIMS

Motion Forward LLC takes reasonable care when handling customer property. The valuation, liability, claims, and damage provisions applicable to a particular move may be contained in the customer’s signed service agreement or other required moving documents.

Customers should inspect their property after services are completed and report concerns promptly in accordance with the applicable service agreement and law.

THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

Motion Forward LLC may coordinate or refer customers to third-party providers for certain services. Third-party providers may have their own terms, policies, pricing, and responsibilities.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Motion Forward LLC is not responsible for the independent acts or omissions of third-party providers.

SMS/TEXT MESSAGING

When you voluntarily provide your mobile telephone number and opt in to receive text messages, Motion Forward LLC may send messages related to your moving inquiry, quote, scheduling, appointments, move coordination, and service updates.

Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe from text messages or HELP for assistance.

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing services.

Mobile information and SMS opt-in consent will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.

PRIVACY

WEBSITE USE
